The story of a journey over the rolling Brecon Beacons: of gentle rain on meadow sweet and bilberry, coursing into streams and brooks before finally seeping down into the caverns of the historic Dan Yr Ogof caves capturing the minerality of the rocks - retold in this gin.

Infused with botanicals native to the Brecon Beacons, this balanced gin is bursting with fresh juniper, bright citrus, and mineral-rich water hand collected from the heart of the mountains.

The textures of the rock which forms the caves where we collect our mineral rich water inspires the detail of our label, giving a beautifully tactile finish to this subtle but fascinating addition to any gin enthusiast’s collection.

Experience:

• Nose: Sweet orange barely holds back a burst of bilberry and juniper to follow. Swirl the glass to release meadow sweet and woody notes from elcampagne (wild sunflower root), angelica and orris - a sublime, layered effect on the nose in this carefully orchestrated craft gin offering
• Palate: Fine cut marmalade, seasoned as if to exaggerate with elcampagne, orris and angelica, and sprinkled with meadow sweet and bilberry. The bilberry remains on the pallet long after the first taste.
• Finish: Bilberry offers a long finish rounded to this delicious gin.

This gin has won Silver at the World Gin Awards 2023 in the Welsh Category and has won Bronze at the World Gin Awards 2023 for the Bottle's Design.
